Lime (Manao)
Limes are dark green in colour, round shaped, smooth and shiny skin with a size of about 3 cm. in diameter. They have stronger odour than lemon. Lime juice adds a delicate, sour and sharp flavour to salads and many dishes e.g. Tomyam, Tom Kha, Thai Style Noodles - Pad Thai.
