| Cinnamon (Obchoey) |
The
rind is the part used in cooking. It has a reddish brown colour and delicate
odour. It is ground before adding to the dishes or curry pastes e.g. Massaman
Curry. Cinnamon is also an ingredient for many desserts and alcoholic beverages. |
