Cardamon (Loog Grawaan)
Cardamon has a round shape about 1 cm. in diameter and has a yellowish-white colour. It has a delicate odour, therefore, it is used as flavouring to the dishes e.g. Yellow Curry in Coconut Milk - Gaeng Garee, Massaman Curry, Panang Curry
