Bay Leave (Bai Grawaan)
Bay leave has a medium size, pale green in colour and delicate fragrance similar to cardamon, though they do not belong to the same family. Only dried leave is used to give flavour to many dishes and sauces e.g. Massaman Curry, Beef Stew.
